High Tea Cruise

Join us for a one and a half hour cruise along the Torrens River with an authentic High Tea experience onboard the heritage listed iconic Popeye boat!
On the menu is a selection of finger sandwiches, scones, petit fours and bottomless South Australian bubbly, beer, cider or soft drink and of course a bottomless cup of coffee or tea from T Bar’s Australiana collection.
You will be served your refreshments and given time to catch up with friends and loved ones amidst a scenic tour of the historic Adelaide Riverbank on our very own Adelaide icon Popeye.
A perfect present for anyone being celebrated.

For those who can’t make it over to the magical South Australian oasis that is Kangaroo Island, why not experience the beauty of KI in our very own city of Adelaide? Join us here at Popeye on a vibrant tasting tour whilst cruising along The Torrens River with special city views you’d be pressed to experience any other way.
Enjoy a curated selection of three KIS gin’s specially paired with three delicious treat; something fresh, something sweet and something savoury.
Tasting tours run for an hour and a half and a KI representative will talk you through the experience, what you’re tasting, how the spirits are crafted and the significance of distilling from KI. Have your questions at the ready and be prepared for an insightful cruise.
Of course, there will be a bar on board selling KIS drinks and all of the regular favourites of beer, wine and cider.

Join us on our sellout Prohibition Liquor Co Gin Masterclass!
Prohibition and Popeye have teamed up to offer a Gin Cruise, celebrating award winning South Australian Gin and combining it with glorious surrounds, paired with local food and great company, all while cruising along in the heart of the city.
The gin cruise will begin and run for an hour and a half. Board at The Elder Park Landing and learn from Prohibition the secrets behind how they create their gin, how to best enjoy them and be invited to mix your own drinks to your liking. Don’t be afraid to ask all about what makes these gins truly unique.
The ticket price includes a cruise on Popeye, a tasting flight of three of Prohibitions best gins with a 45 minute talk focusing on the best way to enjoy them. There will be a bar slinging plenty of the favourites and other beer, wine and cider will be available for purchase on the day.
You’re encouraged to pre-order nibbles (pictured is a serving for 3). Whilst its usually one serving per person, who are we to say how many you should order! Order as many as your heart and stomach desires, especially as we are unable to process sales of them on the day.
